When do you ship the parcel?

We have a shipping round from Monday to Saturday. (we are closed on public holidays)

Items typically ship within 1-2 business days after you have received a shipping confirmation email.

How can I track my parcel?

After the order is placed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking number.

If there is any problem with your tracking status, please send us a message in "chat with us".

Can I change my address?

If your order is in the process of waiting to be confirmed, please send us a message in "chat with us".
If your order has been processed and packed up, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Yes, we do! We ship all packages via ePacket from Thailand Post. It may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive from the day you receive your shipping confirmation. International shipping fee will be charged depending on the item's weight.

How do I care for my product?

- Wash with room temperature
- Do not bleach
- Best with mesh laundry bag
- Best with colored laundry detergent

How do I return my product?

The product cannot be returned if there isn't any damaged. If you receive the defective item, we are happy to change the new one for you. In this condition, the product that has been used or washed could not be changed.
